In Edinburgh there's a pram centre in Leith (on Great Junction Street) and also one out near Corstorphine (where I got my iCandy). Also prams in all the Mothercare branches which are in the retail parks south of the city.
I would imagine the giant shopping centre in Livingston might have somewhere?

If you would come through to glasgow the glasgow pram centre has a HUGE selection and the staff are very knowldegable and will show you hot to fold/unfold etcetc

i can't remember what's at livingston, I've not shopped there much for ages..

i think the biggest mothercare ones I've seen were at Hermiston Gait and the big one out along the bypass, i forget what that retail park is called now Confused

baby brain a bit here i think.

corstorphine one sounds a good bet, we are coming over the bridge from further north so less of a traipse than Leith.

i think I've heard good things about the Glasgow pram centre, we could combine a trip with a visit to the in-laws.

thanks for the tips. :)

did i imagine that there's a big place out Stirling way?

I know very little about Scottish shops but Jan Stewart and Glasgow Pram Centre are two I hear good things about.

From what I remember from our time living in Scotland there is also Stirling Pram Centre. They stock a pretty good range including icandy, uppababy, jane, silver cross, m&p. There also John Lewis stores in Glasgow and Edinburgh and they would have a big range.

Another vote for Glasgow Pram Centre, and I live in Shropshire.

It's a long story. Suffice to say they are awesome.

Jaggy if you're coming over the bridge (not next wed I hope!) then the Hermiston Gate Mothercare will be closer to you than the Fort Kinnaird one.

i used to live walking distance from HG when it was first built, not sure if I've been back there for baby stuff though. it seems an awful long time since we bought DS1's pram even though it's less than 3 years ago. :)
