M&P Switch

It's been 6 years since bought a pram and can't believe what a minefield it is now, so many prams on the market! DH and I really like the M&P Switch( it's the only one we can agree on) but most of the reviews I have read totally slate it, even the M&P catalogue only gives it 3 stars- is it really that bad?

I had one, it was fine. I liked the fact it faced both ways and the reclinable seat. It's great for town but sucks on ragged roads. I don't really understand the bad press it is getting.
I have an iCandy Peach now as I have two DC and I must admit that I find the iCandy better as it is easier to manoeuvre and can be driven one handed.
So in short, it is not a bad pram, but not the best one either! HTH

Thanks dialM that is helpful. It would only be for using around town. Had a look at it again today and still like the look of it, also like the fact that it doesn't have a separate carrycot base which you have to attach on. Thanks for your help

Not great, made my wrists ache to push and ds was only newborn! Great concept but a heavy and difficult to push pram. Sold mine locally for more than I paid for it so every cloud...!

I had one and it was nice. Its not the lightest pram but it faced both ways and folded small which is what i wanted. If you like it go for it.

Thanks ladies, I'm now looking at the silver cross linear freeway too. It seems to be a similar idea to the switch but gets better reviews

Lovely proper pram. Does need two hands to push though as I'd heavy but lovely lovely lovely for baby. Go for pence on eBay if you do second hand??
