Anyone heard of Jane Muum or Joie Mirus strollers/pushchairs?

I am looking for a lightweight, easy to fold (without removing the body), parent facing pushchair. The only ones I have found that seem able to do this are the Jane Muum pushchair and Joie Mirus stroller - both on kiddicare web-site.

Has anyone heard of these brands or used them etc?

Any thoughts appreciated...

Ihateparties got a Jane Muum recently but didn't keep it although she liked it. I know of Joie too. Do you want the pushchair to fold with the seat on parent facing? If so the Babystyle Oyster also folds well with the seat patent facing as does the iCandy Strawberry, and the new Easywalker June, Baby Jogger Versa, Petite Star Bubble and others also fold parent facing. If you just want a one piece fold then there's loads more choice.

The Jane Rider also folds parent facing and the Bugaboo Bee/Bee+. Personally, I think the whole Joie range looks rubbish-like old Mamas and Papas or Graco styles. I would bet they're not light to push either.

It depends on your lifestyle which one of all the options would be most suitable.

Great thanks for your help, this is really useful, I'll have a look at them all :-) I live in a rural area so the majority of my trips involve a car journey so I need something that folds quickly and simply, in either direction and in one piece!

If you'll be using it on rough ground locally then I'd rule out the Bubble and Bee as the wheels are small and hard so you'll probably feel every bump underfoot.

What age of child are you looking for? The Muum was really nice (I returned it essentially because I need double version of it, which I will use far more than a single) but not by any stretch of the imagination small. It felt quite long but for the price I really liked it. Baby joggers are the way to go for real easy folding, if you're not desperate for something right now then the Versa sounds perfect for you. I did nearly buy this which came out to £160 delivered but obviously warranty issues etc if buying outside the UK depends if you're the type of person to take a punt on something like this sight unseen. I still might buy one I think due to price/weight/one piece fold combo!

I have the Jane muum and love it!!!

My daughter is 6 months and is now just going into pushchair (not because she's too smal for carrycot....she now wants to see about)

carrycot is very cosy and seen us through a cold winter.

carseat is lovley and everyone comments on how nice is is.

wheels are very very light and gold easily and neatly. I have a small car and fits fine.

pushchair part only just startin to use but again no complaints.

Myself and my mum did ALOT of pram research and this was the lightest and easiest to fold

major plus point for us was that alot of the pushchair parts only recline back as a whole unit. This is more traditional as in you can lie it right back.....better for older baby.

The material is great and has not marked.

i have it in brown and cream and love how it is abit diff to everyone else's pram.

I am considering the Mumm for DC 2. Have car seat already and will use old travel system pram at carry cot. Been trying to find a pushchair to use from birth and think this may be it.
