Hi,
Is there anyone out there who might have bought an icandy peach from teenytots.co.uk?

Mine is malfunctioning and I have no means of contacting them and the push chair has no serial number...

Methinks I have been conned.

I didn't buy from Teeny Tots, but the serial number should be on a sticker on the chassis. If you undo the snaps that hold the shopping basket on, the sticker should be on the metal bar.

Did you buy it online? iCandy don't authorise the sale of their product online, you have to go into store. serial number should be under the shopping basket as Nansaid

Or under the Velcro on the seat base. It's easier to find there. Then give iCandy a call direct and see what they say. They should be able to trace serial numbers back to shops.

You may consider contacting the credit card company as they are totally liable (purchase over 100GBP). If you bought with the cc.

Visa have a thing called "charge back" when if you get conned they will give your money back within 120 days :)

I got conned when buying a camera online :( Cost over £200 but I got the money back Grin
