Quinny Zapp xtra question

My big pram broke yesterday so am now using my Quinny Zapp Xtra with the seat unit-had really only used it with infant carrier on chassis. If you own or have used one, can you tell me, is there some movement of the seat unit? Have mine forward facing in upright position and the seat unit jostles about a fair bit. Is this normal or is this broken too?

I have one and mine moves around a bit on the frame too. Not enough to feel broken though, it has clear stopping points and baby can't move it on his own.

I have only used mine rear facing so far though.

Mine was always pretty firm to be honest.
