Does anyone know if a light weightish stroller which can also have a carseat fitted onto it exists?

The closest I have found to it is the Maxicosi Mila, however this is still fairly weighty. It should still be a sturdy pushchair.. maybe i'm expecting too much?!

I want to declutter my life and would love to have only one buggy instead of a full blown travel system plus a stroller for further down the line.

thanks in advance!

Micralite Superlite or Maclaren something or other, XLR maybe, but I have no idea how much that Maclaren will weigh. The Superlite is 6kg I think, as is the Quinny Zapp ish, but is by no means sturdy.

Honestly I think you are expecting too much. A pushchair has to hold 15kgs of child to pass UK safety testing. 7.5kgs which is what the Mila is, is one of the lightest pushchairs there is. There aren't many lighter than this anyway, and as Hypatia says, only a couple take a car seat.

Thanks Hypatia. I will check those out

Tiggywunkle thanks for your frankness. Had a feeling that would be the case, wanted to check out all avenues before deciding!

You could take a look at the Brisk from Joie, its an umbrella fold stroller that accepts a car seat on it
