Bugaboo donkey tyre problems

My donkey had a puncture 6 or 7 weeks ago. We fixed it with a puncture repair kit. It was fine after that until the wheel suddenly deflated the other evening. We can't find a puncture but the air won't stay in the tyre. John Lewis are speaking to bugaboo about it for me today but in the meantime I am housebound with my baby and toddler until the rain goes off and I can get away with using the sling and my maclaren.

Has anyone else had any issues with the donkey tyres?

Hi, we have seen this problem it can sometimes be the valve dust cap being screwed on too tight. This applies a small pressure on the valve pin and slowly deflates the tyre. Try removing the cap completly to see if the tyre deflates again. hope this helps
