I am sick of ebay and paypal and all their ridiculous fees and rules, and was recommended baby swap and shop by my SIL for selling my old baby gear.
I've had a look round the website and it seems straight forward enough to use.
They are massive on facebook too by the look of it so cant understand how I havent heard of this before now!
It says free to list items and they accept paypal so you are covered by that if you buy anything in the same way as ebay.
SIL has only bought items and not sold, but it also says you can swap items, (although im not sure how that would work.)
There seems to be lots of prams, clothes, toys etc on there which is what I am looking to sell.
Obviously its not going to be as busy as ebay/items wont get as many views etc but I think I might try listing my things on there.
Just wondering if anyone has any experience of using it and any advice before I sign up?
Is it easy to create listings, do you get much interest in your items, have you sold much etc? Are there any hidden fees I have missed, eg final selling fee or something?
Website here: baby swap or shop
TIA
