Very impressed with Silver Cross Customer Services

I contacted Silver Cross last week about the 3D Travel System I have in blue denim. We got the system for my son 3 years ago, but we stopped using it after about 18 months because the denim had faded quite badly, and looked like it had been bleached in some parts. I am due DC2 in July, so had a look on the net so see what they were selling for, and came across a thread on another site saying Silver Cross replaced all the fabric on their pram. So I emailed them about mine, and they are sending a courier tomorrow to collect the pram, replace all the material and the chassis on the pram, and all the material on the car sear. V impressed! Thought I would post about it in case anyone had a similar problem with their pram, or knew someone.

I remember this being a known fault at the time and they did offer to recall the denim 3Ds and recover them. It's worked out well for you though, and it will prob be one of the up to date colourways and look brand new again!
