Phil & Teds Dash won't unfold

Help, I can't seem to unlock the frame of my phil and teds dash after collapsing it to put it into the car. Insrtructions say something about pushing in grey framelock but either I'm pushing the wrong thing or it's jammed. Anyone else had similar problems?

Some how we have managed to unlock it but not sure how we did it - won't be collapsing it again in a hurry!

Hi just seen this, sorry I would have replied earlier. I have a Dash and the handle must be in the fully upright position when you fold it. If not or if it is folded when the pushchair is already folded (as happened to mine when a friend was putting into their car boot last week) then you cannot push the side button in to release the framee to unfold. It took us five minutes of struggling before said friend mentio ed ththey hhad moved the handle and we figured this out! Trouble is if the puschair if folded there is very little clearence to move handle back into correct position!! Not the best design! We were about to rremove the front well to help but we managed to get the handle buttons in. Hope this helps :-)

Alson very difficult to get grey clip off if basket gets trapped when folding. I find if problem pushing on the front wheel then pushing the grey clip works. Don't try and fold it with anything at all in the basket.

Alson should be also, not sure why there was a random n in there.
