If you had a BCJM4 and you wanted a second pushchair for holidays...

...would you pick up a BCJM3 or a Maclaren Techno XTsecond hand? Is it foolish to have two of the same buggy or do you think if it ain't broke don't fix it?

I don't want me much loved BCJM4 being wrecked in a plane hold. It would also be handy to have a second buggy for grandparents, nursery picks ups in the future etc.

I can't help but think it may be a bit daft to have two almost identical buggies rather than get the benefit of having two different styles. Yet I really like my BCJM4.

Over to you, the experts Grin

I would stick with what you know (and what I think is better) ie the BJCM3. However you could just get a travel bag for yours and make sure it is insured for holiday? But if you need a second pushchair then I would get the BJCM3.

Ha Twiggy, I had a feeling you would say that! It was your sound advice ages ago that encouraged me to buy the BJCM4 in the first place- and I'm delighted with it. Thanks again.

I have friends who really like their technos as second buggies though so that s what got me thinking.
