Right dd2 is 9 months and although i swore i wouldnt have as many prams as i did 1st time im looking like im heading that way Blush

I need something easy to push 1 handed as dd1 is only 3, small ish folding as would like to take on hol, would love the option of facing both ways if poss although nt essential.

So far i have had Oyster/Urbo/Bee/bjcmicro/Sola/britax b mobile

The latter 2 being current.

Bought a bee after reading so many ppl saying it was THE pram, loved it when she was little but when she was a bit bigger, she looked cramped it didbt seem to sit very upright and also without a cosytoes she looked like id just thrown her in lol

Love the seat on my sola but the chassis is to bulky/clumsy!
Recenly got the britax and although its ok i dont like the lack of leg rest, dam prob with baby jogger micro ( plus didnt lay down enough)

Please help or am i wanting the impossibe???

Bjc Mini is what you need.

My don't u use the 'perfect' pushchair u found with ur first child? These pushchairs must be costing and absolute fortune!! MacLaren xt is great if u fancy spending another £190

OneOfMyTurnsComingOn · 29/04/2012 15:40

Why don't you like the oyster?

SnapesOnAPlane · 29/04/2012 15:51

iCandy strawberry?
I've seen someone (can't think of their name Blush) recommending the Easywalker June, which folds small enough to fit in the back of a Mini! AND faces both ways.
Hmmm... Can't actually think of anything else! Maybe a Zapp?

Tiggywunkle · 29/04/2012 16:10

I woud wait and get the June or the Versa. I personally prefer the latter at present but it's a bucket seat whereas the June lies flat. They both seem like my perfect pushchair - I have played with both briefly but I can't wait to try them out properly. I think either could make all other pushchairs redundant ;)

I love ze June but do not have the budget. Would love the Versa if was sure it will have air tyres and 50/50 about the bucket seat thing.

Have seen the Graco Evo a couple of times, it seems a nice budget friendly (£279 without any discount code, which there almost always are so in reality less) lie flat, face both ways option. Not sure how the fold size would fall in with your plans, it's 2 pieces (definitely when rf, it may fold ff in one but I can't remember) it's certainly not something I would think of taking on holiday but I would certainly think of using it daily assuming no rough terrain use needed. I don't know how it directly compares to the Sola you already have but they are easy to go and see, most Mothercare stores seem to have them.

Small folding, faces both ways, roomy enough reclining seat, good footrest plus all the other little extras is the holy grail..

Ooh, Njoy/petite star bubble if you don't mind umbrella fold style?

HypatiaTheProcrastinator · 30/04/2012 17:11

The Evo does fold in one piece ff, but is extremely long so not a practical option.

Nicplus2 · 03/05/2012 09:08

ha ha maybe i should just have a collection Grin

The only concern re the bjcm is the foot rest bit thats what i dont like about the britax b mobile i have, shes onyl 9 month and would prefer to see her legs up.

The oyster was to heavy and struggle to push it one handed.

What make is the June and the evo??

The evo is graco, june is easywalker. The June price tag is Shock

Have a look too at the Mutsy Evo. It's so like an Oyster it's spooky but it's much more luxurious with leatherette handle, better fabrics, better hood and more. Its also got a pivot handle rather than extending one. I push one handed and its absolutely fine to push. There is a leg rest which goes up and all round it's pretty good. What's amazed me is that the price doesn't seem that different to an Oyster for something more luxurious - however I don't know if you can buy it without the carrycot.
