Bugaboo Bee+ - can't fold it!

Hi everyone, hoping for some quick help!

The white handle on the back of the seat is stuck, so I can't move the seat forward to collapse the buggy (it's in Parent facing mode). Has anyone else had this problem? Did anyone managed to fix it?

I was out when it happened but fortunately managed to fit it in the car without collapsing it, and just took a wheel off to close the boot. Don't know what I would have done otherwise!

I've called John Lewis and they told me to bring it in to them (means a half hour drive though!), so if anyone knows how to fix it I'd be very grateful!

OK.. to save anyone else the embarrassment.. if you're having this trouble.. make sure it is fully extended - that you can see the green bit on the sides.
Apparently, the handle locks as a safety feature if it's not fully open :$.
