Yes you can. There are lots of M&P pushchairs that will take a Primo Viaggio.

I think they did change the design of the viaggio car seat about 6 years or so ago so you may want to be careful if it is an older carseat. I have the opposite problem - an old (but lightly used and well cared for) buggy that I can't get a carseat for.
