We purchased a B-Smart in 2010 for DS2. I have twice had to speak to the customer care team and both times they have been extremely helpful. The first time was because a bolt had come out of the frame, they offered to come and pick it up to repair if the shop we purchased it from were unhelpful, luckily the shop in question sorted the problem. The second time was this week when DS2's feet got soaked twice due to the raincover not fitting properly over his feet, they are sending me a newer slightly larger one free of charge. This sort of thing makes me happy, I'm a stickler for good customer care and theirs couldn't be better!!
