We purchased a B-Smart in 2010 for DS2. I have twice had to speak to the customer care team and both times they have been extremely helpful. The first time was because a bolt had come out of the frame, they offered to come and pick it up to repair if the shop we purchased it from were unhelpful, luckily the shop in question sorted the problem. The second time was this week when DS2's feet got soaked twice due to the raincover not fitting properly over his feet, they are sending me a newer slightly larger one free of charge. This sort of thing makes me happy, I'm a stickler for good customer care and theirs couldn't be better!! Grin

That's brilliant, glad you got on well with them. Certainly not the same team who I spoke to at Britax when I had a problem... just goes to show that one person can make a big difference :)

I had brilliant care too when I couldn't put a harness back on a car seat. Their patience, help etc was fab.
