Phil and Teds Sport- is a bit of give in the frame normal or is it knackered?

I got a bargain Phil and Teds Sport second hand yesterday but it seems to have a bit of give in the frame. When ds sits in it, it seems fine, it's far more noticeable when it's empty, if I lift it by the handle the back wheels swing forward a tiny bit if that makes sense. I wondered if that's normal? I know our Bugaboo has quite a lot of give in the frame (for suspension I suppose?) but because the baby is meant to go in the underneath bit of the Phil and Teds it's making me a bit nervous, I don't want the whole thing to collapse if he's in there. If it's normal then I can relax. If it's not, is it worth trying to tighten the bolts at the folding part or is it completely knackered?

hi, yes it is normal for there to be a bit of give when you lift up the back wheels by the handle, you can tighten the side bolts, if you do it too much it will be difficult to fold in half, so its trial and erra really, i have had to tighten mine up
