Which buggy/board/sling combo for 3 under 3??

Hi all,
I will have a newborn, 13month old and 2.9year old soon. At the moment I have a Maclaren Twin Triumph which suits us fine (no car, lots of walking, fits on buses).
Any ideas on how to get about when the new baby arrives? I know my 2.9yr old is good at walking but may still need a seat/buggy board when tired/under the weather. Is there any buggy board that fits to a Triumph? What would you do?

I would sling baby for a few months, then your eldest will be over 3. Add a board if you think it's needed and can always put youngest 2 in buggy and eldest walking /board or youngest in sling and eldest 2 in buggy. Personally hate maclaren and would think may be heavy with board. Maybe a city mini double?

I would get a Baby Jogger City Mini and when your eldest is really tired, slide the new baby right to the back of the reclined seat and perch your eldest on the front seat pad. It works great until the baby wants to be sat up which would get you through!

Thanks for the advice!
I've been looking at the City Mini after reading alot of threads in support of it here, will have to test it out somewhere :)
