Is there a Buggy hospital for a Mothercare Xtreame?

I have a 3 year old Xtreame that is in good condition. Except the other day whilst folding it up a rivet that holds a spring in place flew off. The spring pushes the hook on one side that locks the buggy open. So only one side locks open and the button on the handle that you slide before you can fold it up no longer works. It's still usable and it seems a shame to have to replace it purely for one tiny bit of metal, if the other side goes that will be the end of it Sad I really like my buggy and DS2 is only 5 months so I was for a couple more years out of it. Plus DS2 has only been in it a couple of times as I sling alot, but it is invaluable for shopping trips. Any ideas where/if I could get it fixed? I live in London.

Why not take it back to Mothercare?

the large mothercare stores have in house repair service -you will need to pay but much less than a new pushchair

Also contact Buggy Pitstop. They specialise in other pushchairs, but it doesn't sound a complicated job at all. In fact, you could probably fix it yourself with a rivet gun.

Thankyou for your replies. Sadly the rivet wasn't a conventional rivet or I would fix it myself, I used to be the D&T tech in a school! We were in the street and it flew off somewhere. Not a big job, but you need the tools.
