Mourning the loss of my Out'N'About Nipper 360 Double - what single to go for

Am going back to work and decided to sell my double. I loved it but I don't really need it any more as DS (a big 3.6yo) is now walking more reliably and I'll be at work full time.

I have a M&P Pliko P3 for DD (8mo) which is fine but I find it rubbish off-road (yes, I know it's not really meant for that) or even up and down curbs. I can justify getting myself (let's face it, it's for me Grin ) a new buggy but I'm paralysed by choice. My criteria are:

  • must be good off road. We have a dog and are prone to going to the beach/long walks etc.
  • must be easy to push. I've been spoiled by the Nipper.
  • not massively heavy to lift - I've got rubbish wrists/shoulders so I need something that's manageable.

We've got an estate car so it doesn't have to be the smallest fold.

So... should I just go for a Nipper single? I've also had people suggest the Micralite Fastfold (looks kind of weird - is it comfy?) and the Uppababy Vista (looks lovely but can I justify the cost given DD is already 8mo?). Or am I missing something obvious?
