icandy owners - How long did your icandy last for?

Was just wondering how long your icandy prams lasted for as i think they are quite expensive so i am hoping that they are durable. Did they stay in one piece or did bits fall off, and does the seat material wear well? I'm still not sure if i want to buy one or not.

I've got an iCandy Cherry, and it's still going strong after 2 years, so no complaints here. We used the carry cot for the first 5 months or so (I think!), then the pushchair ever since. We got the foot muff, which is handy for protecting the seat, and is also easy to whip off & wash as necessary. From my experience, I would say they are good value. The only area showing wear is the wheels, but no more than would be expected. Nothing's fallen off! It's been used pretty much every day, but no rough terrain or anything.

I think iCandy extend the warranty to 2 years if you register quickly after purchase. I have had two Peaches now and both are fine but mine are/were under a year old. My seat liner looks just like new. My Peach is scratched on the front edge but I am not precious about it and it gets used and thrown around in and out of the car / outside / on the floor all the time. In fact I am surprised how well it is doing.

I have an iCandy Cherry which I got secondhand (picked up in person, I think original owner's child was 18 months when purchased), and my DC is nearing 18 months. So 3 years and it's still going strong. I tend to overload the basket with heaps of groceries so will need to re-stitch one of the straps that holds it up soon, but otherwise no complaints!
