iCandy peach shoulder strap issue! I'm sure I'm missing something!

I have an iCandy peach and love it, but my DD is now getting to the size where she will fit the stroller seat.

So I have got it out and am trying to move the shoulder straps down to their lowest position, buti can't work out how to access the back to move them. I'm sure it is blindingly obvious but I can't work it out.

Please help!

Hi, I know this was 8 years ago but how did you manage it in the end? I'm in exclactly the same position and have searched YouTube etc but no luck x
