You are only allowed to pick one or the other.

Which one and why? which will have better resale too?

Honeydragons House Rules
Never iron whilst the children are awake (if at all!)
Never immac legs whilst the children are within 5 metres.
Wash hands, floor, anywhere else thoroughly after doing the above.
....I won't even mention the Spider....It still makes me squirm....

Yay for ordering :) Lol re DD wanting orange. Last years Summer colours would look good on sand. Enjoy it when it arrives!

JaneB1rkin · 21/03/2012 14:33

I was about to say don't waste your money and get a mac, then I remembered I bought a MB when ds2 was erm, 2 or mayyyyyybe a bit 3. Blush But I'm using it for the next baby, ahem. (which I didn't know I was having at the time)

I am glad you went with the cam. For some reason the bee seems a bit like the Stone Roses second album. You hit the jackpot one time, doesn't mean you can do it again Smile

Honeydragon · 21/03/2012 14:43

Jane, having put up it the Bee+ for a year, that is an excellent description Grin

I saw one out today and it looks like she'll be able to nap in it so I'm not going to fret any more.

I think toddlers look to big for it due to the way it makes them sit, rather than it actually being to small iyswim?

I can't get a Mac- hate them Grin

LOL. I've got a spare one sitting in the cupboard in its box, never opened and I keep thinking, shall I just put it on ebay, I really don't know...I got it with a big discount and they seem to keep getting more expensive for some reason!

One thing, I hated the way they always fall over backwards with the shopping (I know, I know) and the way they never quite fit in the boot. Is a new baby a good excuse to get a bigger car?

Honeydragon · 21/03/2012 14:59

My friend bought a ltd edition Mac in the states for $40 a few years ago - decided they needed it for the trip home too. Stuck it on ebay and it went for £170 Shock

JaneB1rkin · 21/03/2012 15:02

OMGGGGG that's incredible Shock

I guess some things are really not dear over there. Wow...I wonder if there are a lot of us pram huns enthusiasts in the USA?

Tiggywunkle · 21/03/2012 16:03

LOL I love the Stone Roses album part above. I thought I was being really old and daft when I couldn't open the Bee after closing it parent facing, and I had put my back against a wall to open it. Until someone on here said they had cleaned their car just because they need to lean on it to open the Bee! I felt much better after that. I sooooo would love another Cam now :)

Honeydragon · 21/03/2012 16:38

It's a tit to open and close or change the seat with a liner or foot muff on too.
I really want to still love it - but our relationship has become disfunctional. As Elvis said "we an't build are dreams on suspicious minds", the trust has gone out of our relationship.
Perhaps Bugaboo should do some sort of pushchair counselling? Grin

I have just been informed the Cam folds forward facing is this true?

OP posts:
JaneB1rkin · 21/03/2012 17:10

Crikey I've no idea. I've only got a frog - wanted one for years and found a cheapy on ebay a while ago.

It's the quilting. Blush

Can't bloody fold that whatever way round, without taking the whole seat off. Or am I missing a trick?

JaneB1rkin · 21/03/2012 17:10

and lol at Elvis Grin

we are onto a theme here

Tiggywunkle · 21/03/2012 17:13

Not that I know of :) It would be cool if it did fold forward facing....let me know if you find out that it does!

Honeydragon · 21/03/2012 17:17

Tiggy I couldn't on the old one, and cannot comprehend how you would do so, if I remember from mine the seat is what keeps the frame locked?Confused

I have messaged the person on facebook who told me for further info

OP posts:
Tiggywunkle · 21/03/2012 17:52

I agree with you and there's been no later versions since mine....maybe you should have ordered a Donkey :o

Honeydragon · 21/03/2012 18:20

Bloody part time Pram enthusiasts. The person who told me was thinking of the Britax Vigour 4 Hmm

I had got really quite excited when she insisted her sister good fold hers with the seat on.

OP posts:
Flightty · 21/03/2012 18:24

Not On. Absolutely not on at all.

I hope you asked for her badge back.

Grin sorry it's me Jane. back to my old name.
Tiggywunkle · 21/03/2012 23:41

LOL! Did you polish your badge a little bit more for knowing the truth?
When is your Cameleon arriving?

Honeydragon · 22/03/2012 09:25

Tiggy, I did Grin

Actually speaking of the Vigour being a good pushchair, I sold my last one cheap on Facebook last Summer as the locking pin had snapped so you it still folded but needed two hands rather than one, and a bit of a snack.

The lady I sold it too had a Stokke, and said it was ideal as she only wanted it to stay up in the garage fir walking the dog over the fields.

She posted on Facebook a couple of weeks ago wanting to know if it could be fixed and where to go as they are using it all the time and want to take it on holiday Grin Pore ol' Stokke

I told her it would be cheaper to get a new chair/frame on ebay
