If you go on www.buggyboard.info (which is Lascal's website) you will find a table showing different buggies compatability ratings with diagrams I think about comfort.

I have a lascal buggy board on a maclaren techno - its fine. It also depends on how tall you are as to how it feels to push with child on a board. I am 5ft and I have to walk a little to the side!
