Preferable with hard wheels to avoid punctures, and not too expensive. We'll be living in Africa so needs to be good for pothole terrain! thanks.

I like the chariot carriers range, with the added advantage they can be turned into cycle trailers. Full mozzie/ sun shade and completely enclosed if you want them to be. Ours have been up mountains and on sand etc. ours do have regular tyres, but tbh we've only had one puncture in all the years we've been using them (lots as dd2 has a disability and it was the only was we could get a big kid out into the wilds), and I think it would be easy enough to order hard tires from stockist. The manufacturer would probably sort it out.

Look at the Baby Jogger City Mini GT, Elite and Summit. They have "forever air" tyres so no punctures.

the babyjoggers look perfect, but they are soooo expensive :( i don't think i can afford that right now. Any other cheaper options out there? thanks!

I really love my Elite, I got it on offer at boots.com, bought through quidco for extra discount and had a further Boots.com discount code, plus it was during a points event making it a bit over £200. The ladies on here alerted me to the deal, and the boots.com customer service is excellent. Worth keeping your eye out for deals?

A second hand easy life sport or mountain buggy off eBay would be sturdy and durable. Some models have solid tyres. Or just take along a spare tyre and inner tubes watch you tube for instructions of how its done if you're not sure...
