Pumping tyres on out n about 360

We've tried with our bike pump but it wasn't great. I've just taken it to halfords who did a great job on the front wheel nut couldn't do the back ones. Any suggestions?

What version 360 do you have? I use a compact bike pump from halfords, I think it is one off their own brand. It works fine, I have the new V2 version though so don't know if that makes a difference as the wheels are different to older version.
