Graco Symbio B: Steering.

I've recently got a Symbio B, but am struggling to steer it when I flip the handle so baby is parent facing.
Am I missing something really obvious?

I only ever did it twice I actually found it easier to pick the seat up and spin it round. Your meant to lock the front wheels but that didn't make a difference !!

Pushchairs like that are often hard to steer the other way round. I'd just turn the seat around too.
