Anyone tried a Micralite Superlite Classic? Which Micralite is best?

Think I've got to get a Micralite again, and now they've brought out the classic. Anyone tried it? Does it have the deeper recline of the Superlite or is it like the fastfold? Any other changes?

Thanks

BrassMonkeyBaubles has one. I believe it reclines more than the Superlite but still only has two positions. The only.other difference from the Superlite I know is the nicer, non-mesh fabrics.

I have the superlight classic. It has a deeper recline than the fast fold. I'm not sure if the recline is deeper than the super light. Maybe look on the micralight website?

Hi there, just had the classic delivered today, love it, @ BrassMonkeyBaubles wondered if u could help, I cant get the hood to stay fully open and the seat in the upright postion doesnt want click into place so the fabric looks loose on the sides of seat have I done something wrong? x

smable · 10/02/2012 16:30

Hi i have a superlite and i had trouble with the hood. I find that after opening i need to hold the middle of the hood at the front and give it a gentle pull up and it clicks into place. Hope that makes sense

BrassMonkeyBaubles · 10/02/2012 16:42

The hood is operated in the way smable describes. The seat doesnt "click" when moving between upright and reclined. I haven't noticed seat sides looking loose...but I have got the liner on it?!

Thanks all but I sussed it now, hadnt clicked the pushchair in place that's why it looked loose and as smable said I pulled the hood and its fine, took it out today and its fab

It is fab and really easy to push isnt it. if you can get hold of an all terrain kit they turn it into a superb all terrain stroller. Of the kind that can tackle anything. We've taken it through bogs, over pebble beaches and very rough tussocks of grass and heather. Oh and snow!
Sadly the all terrain kit is now discontinued but if you are lucky you.might be able to find one on ebay.

I also think the extended handle bar kit is useful to give stability and easier steering off road If you are using the all terrain kit.
