i have a bugaboo frog, have used it for 4 children and LOVE it! i tried out an icandy once and found it very heavy and awkward tbh.

I wouldn't buy iCandy personally after seeing several out and about with their rear wheels almost falling off. Like this /---\ They look unsafe and rickety to me. Did they have loose wheels like this at your demo Amyd1 or do you think this is something that happens with use?

I disagree, I have never had an issue with my iCandy's although admittedly I know people who have had issues with them, but they always seem to have had them fixed. I have had the Pear (essentially an Apple) and a Peach and I much prefer the latter. Its easier to use and less bulky folded. I would love to have a Strawberry though :)

BrassMinkeyBaubles - I asked the woman in our baby shop about problems with the rear wheels before I bought mine and she told me that she's never had any customers experience problems, though she was told to warn people not to hang shopping off the back of the chair, attach buggy boards, overload the basket etc - basically anything which would put extra weight on the chassis/wheels as it could cause some problems. I'd lean more toward it being considered "wear and tear" but more as a result of improper use.

I had an icandy apple/pear and adored it, but now I have a bugaboo frog, nothing compares to how that pushes and the seats a better size. I love it.

However in the 18mnths we had our icandy the wheels were fine despite an overloaded basket and buggyboard when in double mode. We did have a naff zip on one seat and immeadiatly got sent a replacement.
