icandy peach blossom anyone know about it

hi, i am after getting a peach blossom for my 2 year old and baby due in june. should i get the old peach blossom or wait for the new one, does anyone know about the differences and if it is worth holding out for.
or could i just up date an old peach with the new kit, or if i bought a new peach now would it be compatable with the new kit. sorry for so many questions, i have never had an icandy so completely new to the brand. thanks

Hi there, I ordered a peach blossom a few weeks ago thinking I'd be guaranteed a late 2011 model and the shop told me that's what I'd get as they put in regular orders and don't keep old stock. However I've kept an eye on icandy's Facebook page recently and it seems they are sending old stock until it runs out so I have no idea what I'll get and apparently that's just how it is. Its a lottery! It's a bit annoying really but I'm awaiting a response from iCandy so i don't know yet for sure. If you're due in June you have a bit of time yet. Maybe if you wait until the end of March when more info will be available you might be in time for the new model! There are lots of photos and information here on the Peach Blossom 2.

I think if you order from a small shop who orders stock in fresh, then you are more likely to get a new chassis than from a bigger shop who holds their own stock. You can always ask retailers if they have seen new stock filtering through ie the last Peach they got in.

The blossom 2 is in different colours. If you plan to order the current version, I would get it in black jack and then the new colours should be easier to match. I think they are showing it to retailers in March, after which there should be more idea of when the blossom 2 will be available.

The new peach looks fab but dc2 is due in 2 weeks so not an option for us.
