Maclaren Volo out of stock everywhere!

Hi everyone, I've been looking at lightweight strollers recently as have back & pelvis problems that are painful, so not been getting on with my icandy for ages now.
The lightest, easiest looking stroller I've found is the Maclaren Volo, I know it's pretty basic & doesn't recline but I just need it to be light for me to use & get lo from A to B. Does anyone have one & how do you find it? The seat looks pretty low down, do you have to bend quite far down to put lo in & out? I guess I'll have that prob will all strollers though...
The only problem is that now I know what I want, it is out of stock in black EVERYWHERE! They have blue, red & pink but nowhere has black which is what I want. Apparently it is now out of stock & the new ones won't be available til March! Can't believe they have sold out in black everywhere! :(

I don't know what it's like from personal use but I wouldn't have thought it would be good for you with back and pelvos problems. You need something light to carry and push.
I'd look at a Micralite Superlite/Superlite Classic. They're 6kg but are very light to push. Or the Babyhome Emotion Xtreet which is also nice to push and weighs 6kg.
If you really want something like a Volo, there's also the Mothercare Jive and Silver Cross Fizz.

i love my volvo - and ive had a lot of buggies. the volo and bjcm are the two that i have settled with now. its light, very very light and easy to steer. the seat although has no recline- is quite slouchey iykwim. yep- to fold you have to ben down, but tbh i just pick it up and snap it shut like i would do..i dunno, a pair of giant scissors how old if you lo? i know that upto abt 3y old its easy to push, but any bigger the child /heavier and it gets hard/ tiresome. the bjcm on the other hand i can have my 5y old in and its still lite and easy to push around. i do love the volo- i have the 2nd edition (black net fabric all over) fab with ice-cream/ drink spills/ foodie accident. just hose it down and leav to dry! have you considered pre-loved? you could prob get a nearly new one if you looked around and were happy with that option
