Double buggy dilemma

Hi All,

I have dd 26months and a newborn. DD was in a nanny share so I have a 360 double outnabout nipper. My nanny has moved to a new position and has persuaded the new shares to put an offer in on the buggy.

Should I sell the buggy? I have been getting by with using a baby bjorn and single - how much longer will dd need a pushchair?

Hmm. Up to you. But I used my P&T double until DS1 was over 3. And then used a buggy board on a single. Now I'm using my P&T again for DS2 and DD.

But you may know you're not having any more children. it depends really how much walking you're doing. I walk everywhere. Carrying an increasingly heavy baby in a sling wasn't very practical (even before I got pg again).

Also, it depends on how happy your eldest is to walk. My DS1 wasn't a big walker. It turned out much later he had anaemia, which was draining his energy, and he wasn't just being lazy, so I was glad I'd let him continue to ride. And whenever they're ill/under the weather with the usual bugs, it's a bit much to expect them to walk long distances in cold weather.

Also depends on how much of a pain it is to store. It won't be hard to sell it at any time, so if it were me, I'd keep it another year or so just to be sure.

I would keep it too. I bet you use it on and off for another year (decreasing) especially as your newborn gets heavier. Like the PP says, even if you dont sell it, Nippers are easy enough to sell on EBay but equally it would be easy enough to pick another one up. Your choice but as the PP says it depends on storage.

Thanks for the advice. Think I will hang on to it for a bit
