Stokke Xplory - got one?

Hi, I'm buggy shopping this weekend for my first, I've narrowed it down to two, one of which is the Stokke Xplory (my husband and I are both very tall, so it looks quite back beneficial!), however I can't find many reviews online - so have you got one? And if so what do you think about it?

I have one and loved it (once I had got the knack of folding it!). They are bulky though and heavyish, so if you only have a small boot or are gonna be lugging it up loads of steps into a flat maybe think again.
I loved how my son was nice and high and it did wonders for my back as I didn't have to bend too low to get him in and out. Lots of nice accessories now too.

muchostinky, thanks! We are going to see one on Saturday so will make sure to have a go at folding it a few times and check it fits in the boot!

The lack of bending and the height your baby sits at are the features we really liked the look of - I love the winter sheepskin set, can I get in too?

Love Love Love mine so does the kids! Baby is comfy in it still at 18m and loves sitting high up! And its brilliant in restaurants as its a perfect highchair! No more dodgy dirty highchairs!!! (just a mucky pram and baby instead!:)
It is heavy but the backwheel flip so you can roll it down stairs is brilliant and always raises eyebrows from passers by, and it manages terrain really well and still looks smart! I also love that you can buy textile sets and change the color of the pram, or just refresh for new baby! I havent looked back!!

Hi Torila, I've had my xplory since april last year and had some minor issue with the fabric and the stokke customer service was brilliant, the problem was resolved within a week. So don't forget to register it.

I love my pram and so does dd2 and dh. We always get comments when out and about and dh doesn't even bother to fold it to get into the car (vauxhall zafira) he just takes the seat off lowers the handle and lifts it in!

When you walk down stairs with it you push the back wheel away as you would when folding it together and then you just wheel it down the steps, simple and easy and no major backbending. It always raises a few eyebrows! Practice at home though beforehand as you dont want to look like a plonker standing there kicking the pram.....:) It should be described in the manual, mine did! But mine is almost 5 years old now.....
