Help!!! need a double buggie but can't decide

I am pregnant with my second child and my daughter will be 20 months when the second is due. I thought I wanted the p&t explorer but friends have said that their babies outgrew the cocoon in less than 5 months and then their Lo was in the second seat (they did look really uncomfortable). So now looking at all options from p&t to the bugaboo donkey. Would love to get opinions please?? Also there are (currently) plans for a third baby soonish after the second....

Go and have a read of www.bestbuggy.co.uk There's tons on there that will be useful to you to start you off. How soon is No3 planned because whether you need a buggy board option could be important. How old is No1 likely to be?

We have talked about trying for the third when the second is 8months.

Ok, so you shouldn't really need a buggy board option but probably need something easy to push one handed whist holding your eldests hand at times?
A Donkey would be lovely to have as long as you have room for it folded / or left up / in your car boot. You would have a buggy board option with that.
Other options would be a side by side like the Baby Jogger City Mini or Elite or new GT, or the Easywalker Duo, or TFK Twinner Twist Duo. Or a tandem like the Britax B-Dual, new iCandy Peach Blossom or the Pear. I would think any of these would serve you well.
