Britax B-Dual; couple of questions if you please...

So I bought one 2nd hand, and I think it's the 2010 version.

Does anyone know know where I can buy the extension adapters to move the top seat forward?

And also what do I do about a rain hood if ihave my car seat on top? I have an individual car seat rain hood but if i use that the bottom seat will get soggy, but I'm assuming the big main rain hood that goes over both proper seats won't fit on if i have the car seat on there...?

There was a set on EBay two days ago, but ask Britax or a retailer if they can supply them.
I don't see why the tandem raincover wouldn't fit in either car seat position. It may be a bit baggy because the seat unit is bigger, but I would fling it over and then at least the children are dry.

You simply fling it on and Velcro down the sides (along the handle line) and do the tabs up at the front and back BTW.

I've put the raincover on with the carseat on top. It doesn't fit perfectly, but pretty well, and keeps everything covered.
