Has anyone ordered from bugaboo parts?

has anyone ordered any parts from the official Bugaboo parts web shop? Did everything arrive okay?

i did but i ordered by phone and they sent it to my local john lewis for me, just because that was easiest for me. i had a 3wk wait for the part (new shoulder straps for my frog) but the service was good, they were very helpful over the phone and the item was much cheaper than if i had bought it elsewhere :)

Ooh, interesting. My sister needs a new part for her Bugaboo.

Thanks, thats good in the middle of doing a large order so wanted to make sure before I ordered.

Can you link to their site please? I can only find this which isn't working.

btw i found that the part i wanted wasnt a part that john lewis normally stock or order and so they didnt have it on their system or a code for ordering it. hence phoning bugaboo who were able to give me the code so that john lewis could order it and bugaboo were happy to send it john lewis for me.

when i spoke to bugaboo they checked their stock, made sure they had the part and then reserved it for me etc before arranging to have it sent to my local john lewis :)

Yes. I ordered two new front wheels and they were fine.

When i had a bugaboo - (almost 3 years ago!) - and i bought it second hand from ebay , i phoned bugaboo (headquarters in holland i think?) and asked for a manuel / instructions booklet - even though i had not bought new, or from them, they express delivered it to me!
i have also bought a new mattress, which i got really easily - i was very impressed with their customer service

Is that site any good for 2009 Bee parts? I want to use my original Bee but I need a cocoon and Maxi Cosi adaptors. Cant' find them in any shops and ebay is not great at the moment.
