Gasp! My bjcm broke today

And several folk pointed out it's fri 13th
The metal between double front wheel sheared off, one wheel fell off.
John Lewis were a bit as none have been sent back before. Less than 12 months old so they will resolve.
They gave me a new front wheel so all is well for now.
Anyone else's broken ?

JL say they've never had one back before?! I don't believe that for one minute!

I hope you get it all sorted, their customer services seems to be pretty good usually.

There seems to be a lifetime warranty on the chassis anyway (just looked at this, looking for buggy options)

Yes there is. Just not on the wheels or fabrics (1year)
