We rather foolishly spent £500 on a Joolz buggy for our son just over 2 years ago. During that time the back wheel never fitted well and despite sending it back and them saying it was fixed it never was right- it fell off when my son was 5 months old. In anticipation of our new arrival we decided to give Manas and Papas one last try. We spoke to the Bristol store twice to double check that they could do something about it and they reassured us that they could. We dropped it off on the 12th December and were told we'd have it back on 27th Dec, we didn't get it back and so we decided to chase it with the customer service team, who really didn't provide any level of service whatsoever! They said that they will not fix any product that is over 2 years old and one operative said that pushchairs do not last forever, when I asked if it was unreasonable for me to expect a pushchair to outlast a years use she said yes! They were wholly unhelpful, passed the book and clearly have no confidence in their product. What a waste of money! Am now pram less with a 3 day old baby.
