Has anyone tried to buy a lie-down newborn pram in the USA?

My friends have just moved to New Jersey and is six months pregnant with their first. They can't seem to find a pram to buy -i.e. a lie-down pram and apparently they don't sell them! Has anyone else had this experience or knows where to go/what to ask for?

ICandy are certainly in the US and sell carrycots if that's what you mean?

So also are Mountain Buggy and the new Phil&Teds Promenade lies flat...and I am sure loads more? Britax? I know US advice means you don't need a carrycot or lie flat for a newborn.
