No, it's not. It's the old chassis with smaller basket. No sit upright straps, no PE board, lesser quality fabrics. I will post this and link to the details next.

Here are the differences Mainly as above. Back bar isn't lowered so access to the basket will be not as good. Fabrics and logos are different. It takes the carrycot and car seat. Will still be good but not the 2011 model. Bear in mind as well that the 2012 model is already on the Mothercare site for preorder so if you aren't in a hurry you may wish to wait for that?
