Brand of footmuff for tall toddler?

Is there a brand which is good / not so good for a particularly tall child? DS is only 2 but is the height of many 3+ year olds and I want to get a footmuff which will last.

If I can I want to buy preloved, so trying them out might be difficult.

Thanks.

we have two kaisers - bought new on ebay - on our phil & teds. i really like them because they unzip down the front and round the bottom, which means my nearly four-year-old can sit in hers (reasonably) comfortably in the back of the phil and teds. they are ever-so warm and all-round brilliant - my two-year-old can sleep in hers as a sleeping bag, too. really recommend them.

Mountain buggy had some cheap Nomad ones on their website recently. Buggysnuggles are good because there is room for a toddler to bend their knees. The longest ones I ave are the split leg Clair de Lune ones but I did remove my toddlers shoes when using them. But the legs are huge. Kaisers have a good reputation too.

Thanks, both.

Now DH is talking about just putting an extra pair of trousers on DS. Hmm

Angel tell your DH to sit in the cold for twenty mins with extra trousers on and see if that keeps him warm Hmm I have to remind my DH that's what it's like sitting in a pushchair in the cold - DS won't warm up as he's not moving!

I did, Iggly! Xmas Grin He's showing signs that he might be persuaded to relent...

Thanks again for the recommendations.

DH capitulated today (after some wrangling about which pot the money was coming from) and DS should be warm soon. Xmas Smile

Ooh, and it's FAB. So much better than the fleecy thing we had before. Xmas Smile

7am Enfant Blanket 212 is a bargain, poorly advertised at Mothercare in that they haven't stated the prestigious brand name ( extremely well known in the USA) in the title.
We have this one. It's brilliant and looks superb to. Mostly I love it for being very adjustable, a great fit and easy to use. Clothes are not necessary now! Lol
Ok, so ds still wears day clothes but no need for coats, mittens, hats etc...
