Has anyone registered maclaren warranty on a 2nd hand pram?

I recently bought a 2011 techno on ebay which hasn't had it's warrany registed. I just wondered if anyone had registered a warrranty for a pram they didn't originally buy themselves and don't have the receipt for?

It is possible to register a warranty but it depends on the terms of the warranty. I have no idea about Maclarens but Baby Jogger allow transfers, another company don't ask where it was purchased from but just the date, but others are categoric that you can't register without the proof of purchase or at least the date, shop etc.

They do ask for where you bought it and the receipt date.

Yes I think it will be difficult as when I sold my bee it wasn't registered but you have to have the original receipt and if the details don't match can't see how it will be done.
