I haven't got a clue where you'd get spares and a Google search has been fruitless. What is it you need? Have you considered buying a whole new one?

Sorry I cannot help with spare parts but I believe the XTS Twister was discontinued about 4 years ago, so getting spare parts now may be impossible.
