My4 from mothercare - anyone else have problems?

We've got the mothercare My4 which I'm really pleased with except that the bag underneath catches on the front wheels and has rubbed a hole in the bag

It also makes it difficult to steer

Before I go into mothercare to complain I just wondered if anyone else had had this problem?

All their ownbrand pushchairs seem to have problems! I hope you get to speak to someone helpful-they're often not great at customer service.

Well done! And hopefully it doesn't happen again. What are you doing for a pushchair in the meantime? Did you manage to get a courtesy pushchair out of them?

Yep
As it's just the chassis that's the problem I've got a loan set of wheels
Mothercare store v helpful
Can't complain as just unclipped car seat from one set of wheels to the other without DD even waking up
Will see what happens next!
