What's the difference between a BJC mini twin and a BJC micro twin?

I'm watching a couple on ebay atm, so am curious.

Is the micro suitable from birth?

i think from what i have read the micro has smaller wheels, hardly any recline and a smaller hood,

and is from 6 months
