Shimmying Wheels in Bugaboo Bee

Hi, I had a problem with the shimmying wheels on my Bee+. Was sent washers from Bugaboo and they've been working fine for a few months now. But this week the wheels have started to shimmy again. I've changed the washers (Bugaboo sent me 6 so I had some spare) and I will see if they work. I was wondering if anybody else has found that the washers stop fixing the problem after so long?

I'm pretty sure it said on their website that the reason they send out 6 washers is that they know these are subject to wear - and will need replacing regularly.
