Graco Tour Deluxe and Clair de Lune footmuff - straps too short

Possibly being really fick, but it seems the buggy straps are far too short to fit with the CdL footmuff - anyone else have this problem?

Once the straps are through the slits in the footmuff (horrible, horrible word), I really have to stretch them over my baby to clip him in. The straps are extended as far as they will go. He's only 5 months (around 19lbs) and the straps are fine without the muff.

Basically, just wondering if it was just me who is having this problem...

i have found that sometimes footmuffs can make the straps seem shorter, what i do is, put little one in and then put straps on over arms and before you do them up, lift the shoulder straps up high [in the air], doing this i find i can get a bit longer strap as its as if the footmuff is holding the straps down. hope you understand what i mean Smile

I've had to move the straps today so they go through the highest settings on my Bugaboo footmuff with a M&P liner on top, despite the fact that my daughter is only 12 months and 9th centile for height. Hmm

Thanks both, have managed to get a bit more leeway out of it, but not convinced it's going to last too long. Oh well. One more thing to add to the ebay pile!
