E3 raincover

I have done a temporary swap with my friend of my single nipper for her P&T E3 but it doesn't have a raincover. Will a Sport or an Explorer one fit? I want it to cover the cocoon and the front seat and in double mode, not sure what I'm looking for if it's 2 separate covers?

hi, i have found p&t change the raincovers for different models, i can not remember how the e3 raincover fits, but the sport secures under the footrest with 4 press studs, so if your e3 has 4 or even just 2 press studs under the foot rest you should get away with using a sport raincover as the overall size is about the same on these two models, if you get a double raincover then your baby will be protected if you buy a single you will need to buy the back opening rain cover, i have only ever owned a double raincover can not remember ever using the small raincover for baby,

Thanks will have a look at the studs. Sorry if I'm being dim but what you're saying is if I buy a double raincover it will be able to be used when I've got DS1 in front and DS2 in newborn position and for when DS2 gets a bit bigger and sits up in front and DS1 goes in the back?

I have had an E3, a classic v2 and a sport and the double raincovers are all the same as far as i can see, they just change the logo on it. The E3 and the sport are definately the same as I had the E3 for 3 years and have the sport now, my E3 had the 4 press studs and then the rest was velcro at the back and my sport is the same
