What is the cheapest side by side double available?

DD is 6 months, and DS walks most of the time so I'm getting shot of my tandem. However as I don't drive I'd feel more comfortable having something for emergencies such as DS being ill etc. So what is the cheapest double out there? Not really after secondhand as again not driving = PITA to collect.
