Pushchair for toddler that faces both ways and easy on my wrists

I'm having problems with my wrists and now elbows (I think RSI) because of the strain of pushing the buggy. I walk loads and have a cheap kiddicare model that isn't at all smooth to push and really jolts.
I'm after one that faces both ways and I guess quite lightweight, but mainly smooth to push & turn.
Also something that isn't toooo expensive. Any recommendations pls?

Howq old is your toddler? What do you use it for? Do you get it in and out of cars? Public transfer? need a bit basket to carry stuff? Pavements only or off-road too?

And finally - how much have you and do you want new or used?

Not that I have the answers just these questions help narrow things down a bit

PS - FWIW if your toddler isn't too big/old I would get a bugaboo frog off ebay for approx £120 - I loved by frogs and was so sad to get rid of them - and a total bargain for what they did as fitted on bus lovely

I would head you towards a secondhand Bugaboo too. The Bumbleride Flyer goes both ways but it would be an import job and may be too much money.

i would say bugaboo as well, ihave one, got it when ds2 was a toddler, used it for him, ds3 and ds4 and now for dd, its fab, lightweight and a breeze to push and faces both ways.

Ds is 14 months (quite small). It won't be going in the car much or on public transport - mainly just walking (pavements). Would be handy to have space for shopping as I would use it for sainsburies. I'm happy to buy second hand if it's too much new and they're around on ebay...
I'd be able to spend up to about £300 max for the right one as I'm hoping to have at least one more child so it would get used.

Looks like the Bugaboo is getting good reviews. So it's easy to push? That's the main issue really. I tried an icandy of a friends (no idea what model) and it was like pushing air! But I think the icandys are all V expensive...

OMG I've just re-read my post and all those typos - can you tell I'm at work

They're really light to push, the lightest I've found to be honest - even with a buggy board, and so easy one handed. Could fit loads in the basket too.

I may be odd but I preferred my frog to the cameleon, even though it doesn't have an adjustable handle - just seemed neater and easier to push (not that the cam is hard mind!)

my bugaboo has lasted brilliantly, its a frog and has a good battering but covers wash up as new! AND if you have another baby you can get the bugaboo buggy board to attach on :)

The Frog pushes easier than the Cameleon...I've had both...Easiest by far is the Donkey but it'll be years before it's in the £300 price range!!! Vigours are very easy to push as well especially the original models with air tyres.

There always seem to be lots of icandys on Gumtree local. A quick look at mine came up with these.

I have an old Ebay Frog and I love it! I got mine for £150 and it is perfect.

I also agree about getting a Bugaboo. I bought a Gecko (very similar to the Frog) on eBay and I love it. It really is amazingly easy to push and goes up and down kerbs without any bother.

over-budget but if you find one second hand the Uppababy Vista is excellent for pushing a toddler ff or rf and is very very light to push - even with my 3y old.
It comes with separate carry-cot - which is also suitable for overnight sleeping.

Yes it does...Just a more basic version of a Frog.

....basic version of the Cameleon :) It's basically got a smaller basket and no bumper bar so I was told!

And i think it might be narrower.

I had an ICandy Cherry and loved it - very light and dd was very comfy in it. I walked lots with it and loved the fact the hood could come completely forward to block the sun. Was looking forward to using it again this time but I'm expecting twins. There seem to be a number on Ebay.
