hi
i have a 2 and half son and 1 month baby, i leave in the second floor without a lift, and i am not driving, i am realy stragling to choose a good pushchair to use in the public transport, shopping and parks, easy to carry on the stairs, specialy i had a c/section, i cant leave it downstairs as the neighbour are too messy, and they bring a lotof children in the blook so i am worried about it to get dirty, specialy they make the blook too dirty.
please a good advice.

Do you want a double or a single? If it's a single the Baby Jogger City Mini would suit your needs well. You can fold it one handed and it would be easy to careful stairs. I bet you could even fix a shoulder strap to it if you wanted to for carrying.

In which case to be honest I would be looking at an umbrella fold pushchair that you could drag behind you or possibly carry with one hand whilst carrying the baby up with the other hand. I know the MyChild Sienta Duo tandem for example has a carrying handle on the side. A tandem would probably be easier to pull up than a side by side.
